I need to do Accounts and Ct 600 for new client that is caught up in IR35 rules for returns in previous years . Do I need to do set of Ltd accounts with comparisons for CH and need to do Accounts and CT 600 as normal for HMRC .Client has already done PAYE annual returns. It looks as if earnings are £10,000 salary of 9600 gross and £497.28 employers NI so Ct 600 will be a slight loss .I am going to call CCH on Monday . Has anyone ever done one of these ??
