Consolidated balance, Please help

Can anyone help with the following task, there is intercompany transfer but I am not sure do I need to adjust the consolidated sales

    Hi,

    All you would need to do is strip out the intercompany transaction of 65,000 of sales from Co. A to Co. B so that the consolidated column shows only the transactions with external customers/suppliers.

    So you need to adjust both the sales and cost of sales by 65,000 - eliminating the transaction.
