No it's not wrong! I had the same thought to start with! I think it's one of those thoughts that most people will have!!

My poor little car was blowing all over on the way to Stockton... Think I need a heavier car!

Quite windy here... saw one or two trees missing branches on way home, seems to have got stronger as the night goes on...twin deck bus rocked a bit!

They've now closed several roads and bridges in Newcastle plus the Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge. Also several trees down in Durham and the A1 is apparently not too good - when is it though?!

I've got a few trees in my garden, nothing seems to have come down yet, but I'm not going out there to check!

Same here! Glad it seems to have died down a bit today.

Thankfully yes it seems to have. Still a bit breezy but nowhere close as yesterday. On the plus side, I got a lot of washing dry yesterday... Could do with more breezy days with a house full of dirty urchins!
