Hello

I am considering studying Business Tax on my own with no tutor input, is the CBA hard? and any advice for studying this unit??

I have already studied Personal tax and passed.

Any reccommendations and advice would be much appreciated.

    Hi Abbie, i am studying business tax at the moment and it is probably harder than personal tax but not too bad! I am studying it at home on my own but i think if you put in the study hours it will sink in! Good luck :)

    Lots of practice on Basis periods, capital allowances, adjusted profits and corp tax computations. Just do as many practice activities as you can. I found you need to make sure you are certain on whether you are dealing with a company or a sole trader as the rules differ for the two and pay attention to dates!
