Hello,
I have a contact who is based in Italy and wants to form a UK-based investment company. Its only activities will be buying and selling options. Is there anyone who is experienced in dealing with investment companies who would be interested in this client? It's way out of my depth, I can help him form a limited company, but that's as far as I'm qualified!
Message me privately.
Thanks
