I have a client who lives abroad and gets a salalryt from a UK holding company as a director, and income tax is deducted in the UK from his gross salary.
I have been asked the question that "if his employment contract was modified in the form of a ' consultancy agreement', does he then get the monthly fee net, excempted from all local taxes plse ?"
Does anyone have any knowledge on this please?
