Anyone care to share with me their knowledge and experiences of Pegasus payroll, Opera 2 and perhaps also on the new release Opera 3?

Just looking at someones payroll and I wonder if their displeasure is to do with the system or their lack of understanding about its features.

Anything will be helpful to me.

    I used Opera 2 a few years ago, I can't remember a great deal other than that I didn't like it very much.

    The person that I took over from had not set up anything correctly, such as the SSP and SMP and it took me a while to sort it all out. The company had a very odd procedure for exporting the hours into Opera that caused me many problems. It's not the most user friendly software and I think that it does requires a good understanding of it's features. When faced with it for the first time after using Sage, it is difficult to figure it out, especially when you're sat there on your own with nothing else.

    Cant remember a great deal else I'm afraid!
