Fraudulent bank transaction

Hi All...

It has been ages since I have posted anything on here. Has anyone had a fraudulent transaction on their bank account. I have had money taken from my bank account, it was done over the internet from a company I have never heard of. Luckily I spotted it really quickly and the bank refunded me the next day. I also had the company name as it was on my bank statement and they said they put a block on any account with my details, in the mean time my account has been blocked and card cancelled. But a week after this company took money they tried again to take more money, but as my account is blocked the bank called me and asked if I knew anything about this transaction.

I thought this happened to other people not me as I was so careful.

If it happened to you, how did you feel and what did you do...would appreciate any comments.
