    Yes. I think I saw you listed in the disciplinary section of the magazine as reprimanded by consent.

    I've always wondered what reprimanded 'by consent' actually means. Did they really have any choice in the matter? What if you do not consent to being reprimanded?

    AAT: We would like to punish you for cheating in your exams. Do you consent?

    Cheating student: Consent? What does that mean?

    AAT: It means we will tell everybody that reads our magazine that you cheated. But don't worry we will still let you retake those exams and become a member.

    Cheating student: Er.. ok. What if I don't consent?

    AAT: We won't print your name but still consider yourself jolly well told off.

    Cheating student: Can I still become a member?

    AAT: Sure, it's all good fee income for us.

    Cheating student: Ok, I don't consent. When's the next exam sitting?
