New client courier services

Hi guys,
I just picked up new client he is starting courier services 3 days a week and he want me to give him like a letter to take to the council so they can help him with housing benefits!! this is 1st time i got case like this what do I do?? what documents do I need from him?

I think your client should go to the council first. I have dealt with this sort of situation a couple of times in the past and they want to know everything about the business, including projected profits.0

Housing Benefit is a PITA for the self-employed.
Tell your client to build up a buffer of cash to cover him when his Housing Benefit gets stopped for no reason other than the person dealing with his case doesn't know what a P&L account is.0
