Client aquired 100% of shares of small Ltd co. mid-year, it's a going concern so the only changes are directors/shareholders. I'm not dealing with any Co Ho requirements, but will be doing the accounts & CT next year.
Larger firm carried out due diligence etc. and is preparing an opening balance sheet. Have requested this, management accounts up to the date of transfer, and purchase agreement.
Is there anything in particular to watch out for, or ask the company's previous accountants?
