Hi Guys
I am due to start PTX after xmas - can anyone advise on text books?
Tutor says I have to have the Osborne Books - but an earlier thread says that these do not have all the sylabus in?? or they do not cover everything on the CBE?
Any ideas.

Thanks

    hi Annie
we've been using Kaplan, but I've been told Osborne is much better. I've got both osborne books as well but haven't managed to look at them yet, planning to have a quick read through for revision for exam next week. If you're interested in having them off me after I'm finished next week, you'd be more than welcome

Hi thankyou for replying - I am not sure which tax year I am doing yet - but I normally buy the Osborne text and workbook and a BPP question bank.
Just wasnt sure whether to do the same for this unit.
Do you still use the past papers for this unit as well? or is it just the text books and cbes?
    thanks

I used osborne, it was helpful.

Personal Tax was a pain in general though!
