ACCA F7 - UK or INT?

I think I have a chance that I might have passed my ACCA exams in December and I'm starting to feel guilty not having started yet on my next paper. I want to try F7 next, but I don't know which variant to choose. I looked at the examinable documents list, which shows the UK and INT material together and then a separate section for additional things for the UK variant.
Does any of you who's taken this exam think that there is a great difference between the variants? I currently don't work with financial reporting, so I think when I do need this knowledge in a different job I can always look up the current UK specific material that I need.
Also it looks like BPP only teaches the INT variant here in Cambridge. I'm not intending to take a course, but it seems to indicate that it's not unusual for people in the UK to take the INT variant.
Does anyone have some insight on this?

I took INT as that's what they taught us at college. I think it's aimed for people who work with larger multi-national companies who will need to know INT standards. I work in a small practice so don't think it made so much difference to me.0 -
Thaks Rozzi, it's good to know that it is not a problem if I go with the INT variant. As it turns out my employeer might just pay for a course for this exam so I will go with INT as it is the one being offered here.0
