Our client has a small recruitment agency ltd company. He also started a new company which was developing a CV website. Lots of money spent, but no income generated and now they have struck the second company off. He now wants to "sell" the website to the first company ie move the costs to the first company.

He did "loan" money to the company for the website from the original company and of course that loan has not been repaid.

    Did the website company have any other creditors or just the directors loan?
