Has anyone else had difficulty using the ACCA website? I've not been able to get on for days now and am getting incredibly nervous about not receiving my exam results on Monday. My email at home is not working so I am relying on the website. Why on earth do they make things so difficult at ACCA :(

    I've received a general e-mail from ACCA saying they are aware of the technical issues and it's
    something to do with the new website.

    Not sure when it's coming back online but they were very apologetic in the e-mail which is good.

    Just have to be patient I think.

    Of all the times the website crashes it's now. I really hope they get it fixed by tomorrow. I have spoken to 5 people at ACCA this afternoon and all they can say is that it's in hand. The waiting is agonising as it is without this blasted problem as well. Aaarrrgghhhh.

    I'd just relax Glynnis.

    Chances are you won't be able to access the ACCA website on Monday anyway due to high volumes of
    users trying to find results.

    Might be best to wait until later in the week.

    I'm going to do that.

    I've found it very annoying and slow recently, so I'm glad they sent the general email round. Not good when I need to research the Student Accountant articles for my degree though!

    Glynis, do you have a work email you could use to get your results this time round? Or have you tried signing up to receive them by text message? Although saying that, last time I was supposedly signed up for text results, but they didn't arrive!

    If you google 'myacca' you can access your personal profile as normal. It's the main site that isn't working.

    Oh thank heavens for that Richard. I have been on the phone I don't know how many times today trying to explain that it is vital I get my results on time but they just say 'we are working on it'. It's ridiculous that we don't get told anything.

    If I pass F8 , which I better had this time, I'm doing F7. Is F7 like DFS do you know?
