Hello All

A friend and I are sat here revising for our FNPF exam and were attempting the questions on the Osborne website.

We are both stumped with Question 9 in Test 1.

This is the link to the question http://www.rtanet.com/osborne7/q9.asp

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Have you worked out how much the cost is per kg for each month as it changes? January £64,000 / 5,000 kg = £12.90 per kg, Feb £71,500 /5,500 kg = £13.0 per kg and March, £93,050/7,0000 = £13.15 per kg.
If you use these costs per kg you will be able to work out the correct index. Eg. January 12.9/13 X 260 = 258.
    Hope this helps.
