Statement of Achievement

Not a major issue, but just something that has been irritating me lately... after receiving results for CBTs some have not updated on my Statement of Achievement, even though they are on the assessment results page. I have emailed AAT support before about this but it keeps happening. I just hope that when I sit my last level 3 exam tomorrow that they will all be updated and I will receive my certificate sooner rather than later.

I was just wondering if anybody else has been experiencing the same problem...?

    mine update within 24 hrs as a rule

    It does tend to be 24 hrs that the statement updates.

    However, if you are taking AP I and II then both will not be complete untill AP II is competent. This applies to the principles of the unit - the 3 sections on AP I; 2 should update with a few days.

    Sorry, I should have been more specific...

    They have normally updated immediately but my last 2 exams did not, CMGT & ITX. When I rang AAT they said its a glitch in the system as they can see my results but they have not been updated onto my statement of achievment even though they should both update at the same time... so in the end they had to update them manually.

    I just wondered if any body else has had this problem.
