Hi Been asked by someone about adding a new director to their company.
Their annual return is due now and I was going to add the director on then. Just wondered what I should be doing with regards to shares? Not quite sure what I need to do so any help grately appreciated.

Has the director been given shares? If so alter the shareholdings on the annual return and not a lot else until the annual accounts are being done.0
