Failed my weaf exam last year re doing it end of the month the bit i get stuck on is the legal legislation questions what do i need to revise for this ?

    revise the legal frameworks companies must obide too... so basically data protection act, health and safety, corporate law etc etc.

    my exam question was " explain what legalisations "joe bloggs company" should follow and why"

    basiaclly aroudn that level, so having a mediocre understanding of what each act entails , should give you enough to write about.
