New client clearing letter

The standard letter I have for new clients authorising their old agents to release information is pretty pants now to be fair! I'm after inspiration of new wording and I see that such a template doesn't exist within the MiP letters...

    I just get the new client to email their old accountant and copy me in, rather than give them a form to sign.

    Is that what you meant? Or do you want the actual professional enquiry letter?
