Vat on management fees

Hi

I have a friend who has a mortgaged leasehold flat and she has been charged vat from her landlord for management fees - I'm sure that is correct but just wanted to check

    Yes, there is VAT on management fees for a residential property, assuming that he is VAT registered of course. Check his invoice.
