Is there a form to add a shareholder? I can find the sh01 but does relate to a person.

I really should know this without thinking but my mind is blank.
I believe you simply allot the shares with SH01 and then report who they belong to on the AR. However, issue a share certificate on completion of the SH01.
When alloting shares always make sure that either you don't need to fill out form 42 for HMRC or if you do that you do it properly.0 -

Just file another return - you don't have to wait to do this. It will obviously incur the same costs but then at least it's up to date. Again, these remarks are off the cuff though - hopefully someone will either back me up or shoot me down and give you better advice.0 -
