Filling in the online application

Hi all,
Sorry if this has been asked before but I have just qualified and I am a bit puzzled trying to fill in the online application. My problem is that I am only working p/t since having a baby so my work experience is a bit tricky, I worked for 6 years in my last job but I can't go back that far. Who should be my verifier as my current employers are not easy to get hold of or have an email address.
