Hi everyone,

I need your sincere advice. Ok I have complete my AAT examinations and I am currently completing my degree in Bsc Financial Mathematics which will finish next year. Therefore I have 2 options to take after I finish unversity:
1. Do a Masters degree in a Mathematical based subject and then do ATT to CTA;
2. Do ACCA or ACA and then CTA.

I generally don't want to work in the bigger firms such as PriceWaterHouse Cooper and Deloitte (this was my original idea) as I know that the stress is a lot and love working in a small practice. I want to specialise in Taxation because I really loved the business Tax modules of AAT and feel that it is a great challenge.

Thanks for your advice - it will save me the hours a spend trying to decide what to do.

Oh yer, for your information I am 20 years old so time is not a real factor.

    It really depends what you are looking to achieve, academic status or practical qualifications, if you want to work in small practice and you enjoy taxation I would highly recommend the ATT then CTA, thats just my opinion.
