P60s for low paid staff

If you've got an employer who employs several members of staff, most of whom are on normal full time salaries but there are one or two who only earn say £30 a week - it seems easier to me to just do a P14/P60 for ALL the staff and include them all on the P35 instead of doing the supplementary employers return as well - is this acceptable or frowned upon? Surely it's better for tax credits etc if you do file a P14 & give the employee a P60 so everyone knows where they are?

I know we've done P14s/P60s for low earners before without problem; like you say, it's just easier when you already have P60 employees.0

Agreed, when you already running a payroll anyway we just add the low earners and never been a problem0
