I know this has been covered before but I'm doing a bit of research among MIPs, accountants & bookkeepers. I would like people's thoughts about getting new clients, the best ways versus the fastest ways. Are they mutually exclusive?

In my humble opinion..What is the best way to gain new clients in an ideal world?
Forge relationships with people who can regularly refer clients to you. No cost to you other than taking them out to lunch once in a while or sending your clients their way (IFAs for example).What is the fastest way?
Buy a block of fees.What is the most effective way?
Getting your clients to tell other people how great you are.0
