To all you practice managers; do any of you outsource any of your bookkeeping / accounts prep work? It's something we're thinking about and I'd love to hear your experiences.

We actually provide an outsource facility for other accountants where they want to expand or to be able to cope with peak periods etc. It works really well; with a no poach agreement and full confidentiality etc.

Interesting. Is that through the franchisees? Fixed prices is interesting too. How's the pricing worked out?0 -
The pricing is based on your requirements / volumes / turnaround required etc
We allocate you to one of the accountants and an SLA inc. pricing is agreed. Hope this helps.0 -
