You can get a great service for £2.49 a month so about £30 a year, try webhosting uk, great service

I use Gemini, the service has been really outstanding!

I used fasthosts until I got my own server which now hosts my site as well... never had any problems with them and I think it was about a fiver a month for the website & email addresses
