Cash Management Tips

Hi Everyone,

Just thought it would be good to get some feedback on Cash Management from those of you who have sat the exam.

Any pointers to ways of remembering things would be great.

Thank you! :001_smile:

    Hi,

I think the exam was harder than the practise ones, and there was some questions that I hadn't even studied for about interest rates.

But I managed to pass...

How did you get on Sammy??

Good luck with your exam next thursday :thumbup1:

I passed today! woohoo!!! It was alot harder then the mocks and I had a stange interest rate question too.

Sammy - I am doing ethics on 20th June. Can you give me any pointers as I see you've passed? I've heard it's quite an easy exam ... hope I'm right!

    Congratulations on passing..........got mine on the 12th June.........dreeding it:001_unsure:

A lot of the ethics exam is common sense but we found quite a few question were what you would do if you were a MIP, this is to make sure you have read the AAT code of Ethics.

    Good luck!

Well done on passing!!! :thumbup1: I had an interest question too!

I wouldn't say ethics is easy, its just more straight forward than the others as there are no maths involved so to speak. The assesment is more or less the same as the mocks, just different questions. My advice is keep doing the AAT practice ones, over and over. The trick is to remembering things, such as the sponsors of the AAT, and money laundering etc! :-) I used this which helped me revise too:

    Hi,

    Molly that's fantastic news.. congratulations...!

I've booked in for my tax exam on the 19th it was the earliest date I could get :mad2: Still at least it'll give plently of revision time I guess.

Then just my ethics exam to go, which I'm not looking forward to if I'm honest as it's alot of reading.. haha

Well done again Molly great news!
