Hi
I would appreciate your help on a self assessment for sole trader (Sub-contractor) where the CIS certificate is dated January, February and March 2011 i.e. (previous tax year and it has not been included in last year tax return) would I still be able to include the figures in this year self assessment or is there a special form to use.
thanks

You really need to amend the 2010/2011 Tax Return.0

thanks can I do it on line or there is a seperate form.0

If you submitted the previous TR online, there is an option under 'tax return options' to make an amendment.0

Would this still apply for a Ltd company? i.e. Amend the P35? Is there a time limit on this?0
