No.

But we've just started a demo of Microsoft Dynamics. So I'll be interested to hear about other CRM's. We already have Sage 200 and its built in CRM, sadly the Sage licencing costs mean its much cheaper for us to use the MS option.

I will do, we've just signed up to the online trial, it a lot to take in, but someone is coming in to go through it with us.
