ATT: I'm taking the business tax exemption, what to do to make up for it?

I'm taking the exemption from business tax (or will be once I finish AAT!), not because of not wanting to study the module but mainly due to unfortunate timings of exams, and I already have to take personal tax in that sitting.

I'm wondering whethe there is any specific material that I could get that wasn't too expensive to brush up on the topics in that exam? I'll be doing the inheritance tax and trusts optional paper (works choice), so that won't be too much help.

I am motivated and driven, I've self studied all of AAT so far, and have no intention of not having the knowledge required to pass the paper before people sa I'm wrong for taking the exemption :)

Thanks for any advice :)

I've just applied for my exemption from the business tax exam and am just waiting for ATT to verify it.
You shouldn't feel bad for applying for the exemption!!
A few of my friends are currently sitting the business tax paper and it is incredibly similar to the AAT business tax paper - thus why you're entitled to the exemption.

If you're already studying several others papers I wouldn't advise doing any additional business tax study at this stage.

I find the BPP text books are very useful and I think they're about £45.

Good luck in your exams :)
