Aldermore mortgages will not accept FMAAT signed accounts! They was certified accounts. Anyone else had this problem?

Contact the AAT and let them know, they'll work with you to help and resolve it.

Out of interest, will they accept IFA or ATT signed accounts?

Although, I second what AK has said, contact the AAT so that the AAT can liase with Aldermore.

This is quite common amongst lenders in my experience.

The AAT has a list of over 100 lenders who will accept AAT prepared accounts. They are constantly liaising with other lenders to add to the list.

As others have said, take this up with the AAT as they don't know who to follow up without our feedback.

I have a nice ACCA who will certify my stuff if I need them to, but I don't have to ask that often.

What information do you provide your ACCA with for this as I am planning to ask someone I know? Thanks.
