To anyone studying the Trust chapters I highly recommend Michael Steed's Podcast 'Using Trusts' which can be downloaded from the myAAT CPD library. It is only 30 mins long and complements the first part of the trust chapters brilliantly.

To be honest Dean - cr*p! But I'm assured that's because there isn't much material for the ATT e-assessments.

How are you getting on with your studies?

Sounds like a cop-out story to me!

I start next Tuesday and I'm there two days next week. At a cost of ยฃ1,100 I'm expexting them to poo'p roses!

Will let you know how it goes...

First two days tuition done and so far so good. One more tuition day next month then two revision in August.

There is a silly amount of stuff to remember!! We need 55% to pass with it being done in a 2 and half hour exam. Not like these peasant ACCA'ers who get 3 and a quarter hours for a 50% pass mark. :D

p.s how's your studies going? How are you finding them?

    Hi Dean

Glad you're positive and working hard! Are the tutors good?

I'm still wading my way through the law book :glare: I just want to get it out of the way so I can move on to the more, erm, exciting?! papers. I'm planning on sitting Law and Ethics at the end of July so I'm on track.

    When is your exam?

Yeah the tutor knows his stuff! Can't say it's easy to grasp 2/3rds of the manual in 2 days but I keep thinking back to what he was 'waffling' on about and it seems to be slotting together so his style must suit me even if it is quick paced!

In my opinion you are definitely doing the worst of the papers first! Once this is out the way you'll sail through the rest.

My exam for this module will be in September - if I manage to get it all in! If I have a brain fart then it'll be December! lol
