Level 3 Spreadsheets

Please please can anyone help me with Activity24 and 25? I have excel 2007 and can not seem to follow the instructions from my work book, as the tabs they suggest to use just do not seem to be there. Or maybe I'm mad.

Using Kaplan book and en-gage trying to import data with excel workbook open intructions are:
Click, Data (easy bit) import external data, but (which Icon),Import data, just cannot find....:glare:

In word where is the Edit tab?
