What is it you're struggling on Jane? Take a few deep breaths, have a break from it and come back to it.
It's very likely that you probably know more than you think! If you've been doing too much revision you will have memory blanks.
I'm going to be producing an article this week on FNST on my website (see link in sig strip) and how students should tackle this exam.
Bear in mind - FNST may be hard, but it's not impossible! Thousands pass this exam each year.

Hi Steve
I'm sruggling with remembering what goes where, and making damn silly mistakes!! You may be right, I have been revising so much, but only because non of this comes naturally to me at all.
I am sure there are many students like me. I just want this qualification so much and the end is in sight.
I look forward to your article. I am going to walk away and rest the brain a bit.
Thanks for your reply

Hi Jane
That does happen! Have a break from it until tomorrow because you will only frustrate yourself even more with it and when you get to the brain blank stage doing more is simply counter-productive. You then start to panic because you think you don't know enough which then triggers even more stress.
You have the right attitude in wanting the qualification! Just believe you can do it and you will.
All the best (and relax)
