:(I am well fed up now. I have failed Financial Performance, I cant tell you how much I studied for this.

I passed the first three year very easy the project and tax, but just can not pass Financial statements and Financial Preformance. I take budgeting on 28 June

Really fed up

Sorry to hear this denise - its certainly no fun failing! I am not on L4 as I have 2 more to do on L3 - tax and ethics but this level is a toughter! Have you seen the article on FNST done by steve collings? This should help you.

Do you know where you are going wrong?

I failed DFS four times but read Steve's consolidation articles and it all clicked. I didn't do financial statements but I'm doing ACCA P2 and it's horrifying and I'm really scared but if you want to pass financial statements I'd definately read Steve 's articles as they seem to get me through the exams and I'm not good with accounting standards and consolidated milarky at all.

    Best of luck

    Hi Denise,
Sorry to hear that, how are you getting on with Budgeting? I found that there was quite a bit of overlap, and hope that you find when you have done budgeting, some of the FNST & FNPF falls into place better. Have you had feedback reports, to see where you are going wrong? if not, ask for them, so that you can concentrate on those bits, and as the others have said, look at Steves articles. I think that there are some study days around for these subjects that have been mentioned on the forum.
    Good luck,
