Aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh - I haven't read it yet, but I've only just been reviewing mine, so I hope what I've done will suffice!

What is it about Engagement Letters that makes them such a turn off????

Is it just me, or do we all suffer that fear/dread feeling when those two words are mentioned?

I think your summary word "nightmare" says it all.

    Sorry Newbie. Rant over

    I ******* hate engagement letters.

Thank god mine are mostly automated now, but the thought of re-doing the master T&Cs in light of new guidance, ffs.....

    ARRRGGGGHHHHHH

Ive only just finished mine, hope they are ok too!

Do clients actually read them? They always seem like so much work and then there is always that client that does read them and you've left a paragraph in that doesnt apply, or maybe thats just me.

    Aaaaaaaarghhhh!

At the moment I use the AAT engagement letter template, I personally think the engagement letters should be made simpler for SME's not longer and more complicated and the concept of 7 days for the client to cancel is a nonsense, in reality they can cancel at any point

I've just done mine but I haven't updated my schedule of services, I'm just using the AAT one. It was mind-numbing!
