Question on Indirect Tax

Hi, Just a quick question (came up in exam, failed and doing re-sit on Thurs :huh:), it went something like this..
Does a company have to show/keep (can't remember exact wording) a receipt for entertaining clients that was less than £250.00 for which he didn't reclaim tax back on.. I think I said no as cannot claim tax back on entertaining clients only employees, but wasn't exactly sure on this question..
