Hey,
Quick Q. In the Inkwell Ltd case study.. how do you know what grade an administratove member of staff is on? (Grade 1 £15,000 - grade 5 £20,000). Do you have to make the assumption yourself or does it say it somewhere and I am being completely blind!?
I'm quite happy to make the assumption myself, but I don't want to if the answer is right there in front of me!

I would grade at grade 3 £17,500
but you can make your own assumptions if you wish0 -
Haha, thanks that's exactly what I have done. £17,500. Just logged on to have a check and say not to worry about answering as I have est now..
