Can the test centres decide how hard your exams are?

I may have had a slight misunderstanding with my local college (they cocked up) can they decide how hard your exams are?! I am now worried about getting a really hard one just because I fell out with this guy.

Going to have a little rant now, booked my exam and got the confirmation etc.
I got told 9.30, had a look on the website they said there are exams at 1pm not 9.30 so I phoned them to confirm, he was not there so I emailed him, had no reply so phoned today....a lady I spoke to asked him what time, she came back and confirmed 9.00, so I emailed again and said what time?!
He emailed at said 'as per my previous email please be here at 9am'
WTF I mean how confusing?!

    No they can't decide how hard your exams are. The questions are all completely random.

    No I wudnt worry they download the exam from aat and touch it prior to exam bit like paper exams in a sealed bag until exam day.
