Is there a way you can have multiple bank accounts on the TB in VT accounts but show as one total on the balance sheet?

Not sure, I would guess you could do this via VT T+ though0

i've just bodged it now - added a new line for the extra account to keep them separate while I was entering the summaries from each account into the TB and then added an adjustment column to move the closing balance from the additional account to the original one. I'm sure there'll be a better way but that worked today!0

Ah if it's just for that and you don't want the two shown separately on the notes, then what I do is use the excel "add" formula in the TB cell (e.g. =1023+452+52) and in the margin (the grey space to the right) note which accounts it is made up of. If I've got a separate Excel ETB as well, I annotate each account with what I've assigned it to in VT as well.0
