Email notifications for threads

Hi, anyone know how to set up email notifications for messages received on the forums etc?

I fyou mean emails for private messages then it's in settings, here's the link:

I'm not sure if you can receive emails for forum posts though.... if you can I don't know how to set it up!

Or if you mean; notification per thread - there is a 'thread tools' at the top of each thread, then you can 'subscribe' to thread.
