Employer proposal! Help!

Hi all,
I need some help and guidance. I have been advised to put a proposal together for my line manager as I want to start my AAT training. I have been advised to include benefits to the company, my own personal development and why the role I am currently in requires this type of training. Does anyone out there now where I can find an example of this type of proposal? Any guidance and or help would be greatly appreciated?
