Who are we? – We are two newly qualified AAT Technician’s working for an international company alongside studying a degree in Accounting and Controls at university. We have a keen interest in improving everyday tasks through standardisation, streamlining and automation of work which is paramount to time and cost savings in businesses especially during these hard financial times.

We are aiming to see if there is potential to start a business aimed at providing internal process improvements for external clients and we would like any small to medium local businesses or their employees to contact us if they believe they could benefit from consultancy in the below:

• Excel (including the automation or processes through visual basic macro’s*)
• PowerPoint
• Overall efficiency improvement in day to day tasks

We are based in Newcastle so for those further afield please Email us your questions, we can create Excel based tools to automate work by using explanations and examples from Email communications.
For locals to the North East we can use the same method or arrange to meet in person. Initially we are not charging for this service aiming to gain experience with clients, in return we would originally ask for feedback on our service and ideas on what else we could bring to a potential business model.

Visual basic macros allow several types of task within Excel such as trending, tracking and manipulation of data to be automated to the click of a button.
We have frequently been recognised in our jobs as valuable enablers of cost and time savings via automation and standardisation and we would be happy to develop automated solutions to use in your day to day work or provide training to any key users on how to develop and support Excel Based Macro’s.

Sound interesting? Any questions? Do you know of any contacts who may be interested?
