Completing Tax returns for others

Hi guys,

Mu husband is a self-employed taxi driver and normally I keep on top of his accounts as I complete his tax returns etc. However, one of his friends has asked me if I can do his as well and I was wondering am I even allowed to? I've just recently completed my AAT but have not yet applied for MAAT status as I do not have the relevant work experience although, this is something I am working towards. Do you have to have a specific qualification before you can complete tax returns for other people?
