One for MIPs who hire
Hi all,
Hope you're all well
Just a curious really, for those of you in practice (particularly owners), would you hire someone who currently has a tie in period with their employer for financial support towards their studies, and pay this amount?
Would you then offer financial support for additional study beyond that current qualification?
It's something I'd like to know, but would never ask an employer if I was in an interview situation!
Thanks

It would honestly depend on the person, if they were the best candidate by far, if they came across as genuine, if they had a good reason for switching jobs, if they came across as someone who was going to do the same thing to me etc etc. I try and be open minded and take every case on its merits.0

Thanks for the answer Monsoon!
I was starting to worry people thought I meant "I'm after the moon on a stick" not "I'd like to know what you think".
Phew
