Sole Practitioner to Ltd Co?

I am now thinking about moving to a limited company from sole trader, can anyone tell me if I go ahead will I need to issue new engagement letters to all my clients, the business name will be the same.

    Yes, unfortunately you will. Your new co will be a different legal entity, and you'll be changing your PII too, so don't want to risk not being covered.
