Hello,
I have a client who wants to employ his 14 year old son to do 8 hours of cleaning a month (client owns a cleaning business) Does a p46 need to be filled out and does the local authority really need to be informed??
Any help appreaciated.
Many thanks
Nicola

Only kidding, but no p46 required.0 -
You need to register the employee with the local authority and they will give full details of how many hours the employee can work etc.0
