AAT Practice Assesments

Hi
I wondered if anyone else has come across this problem and even better have found a solution.
Today I cannot view or access the practice assesment start button at the bottom of the screen, before today I could just about view and click on the start button if I changed the laptop to a full screen setting. It appears as if the website has been changed and a larger laptop screen is required.
I have been using the same 15'3 screen laptop on a full screen setting to access all the AAT practice assesments on level 2 and 3 for the past 6 months and it's worked until now.
I tried to call AAT, after waiting 10 minutes without moving in the queue on an 0845 number I gave up and sent an email.
Any help appreciated particularly with two exams booked for this month.
Thanks.

Hi Steve,
Try pressing F11 on your keyboard, its what I have to do each time I go to use them. It makes the page go full screen.
Hope this helps

I have a friend in IT who is going to have a look at my laptop tomorrow, although I think it is more to do with the change in the website.0 -

Hi Steve. I always had a similar trouble if I signed on through my AOL Account. I could only get the assessment to work by signing in through Internet Explorer. Then use F11
Don't know if this helps
